1 pkt jelly
1 tin evaporated milk
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup custard floor( add 1/4 cup water stir well before insert into mixture)
some red and green cherries cut into halves
6 cups of water
1 tin round-cut pineapple, separate the juice.
1 tsp pineapple flavour
1. Bring to boil jelly with water .
2. Add sugar stir well.
3.Add custard flour and pineapple juice stir again.
4.Add milk reduce to low heat stir consistently.
5.Add emulco/essence stir again.
5. Cut pineapple into 2 and insert into the mixture until boil but do not over cook the cut pineapple.
6.Pour into bowl or dish. ( Optionally you can garnish with the red and green cherries in the centre of the cut pineapple
